"Rhoda, are you okay?" Jeffrey asked as he touched her shoulder, but she leaned away and placed the cup on the table. In a normal circumstance, he wouldn't have asked. Rhoda finished doing the house chores which she rarely did before and had become tired. All she could think of now was to sleep. Anyone would have been wondering why she wasn't going to work.
