Chapter 6

None of them said a word anymore as they ate their meal in total silence.

Jane on the other hand couldn't wait for it to be all over. The environment was choking her and everything around her seems to be awkward. She paid deaf ears towards Elsa who was persistent in disturbing her.

"Jane, Jane, Jane? Ooh c'mon. Stop trying to block me out. He is our mate. I know what you're thinking but it's hurting me. He's not rejecting us so you don't have to despise him the way you do right now".

Jane ignored ignored her. She was becoming irritated by Elsa's weakness with the whole situation.

"Jane? Are you even listening to me. Seriously? Like are we doing this now. You know it Jane, you know it. The pain of rejection. You are aware of it.

Jane still kept mute and didn't bother to reply her. She had a mind of her own also but she never said she was rejecting him. All she did was try to avoid eye contact while she eats.

"Arrrrrgh!! Elsa growled. "Forget it". She withdrew herself further
