Chapter 17. Caramel

CARAMEL

I felt stuffed, staying in the room and decided to take a walk, outside. I walked downstairs and saw Stephanie, watching a movie. I decided not to interrupt her movie, so I decided to leave without telling her, but just as I opened the door, she looked back at me.

“You going somewhere?” She asked, out of curiosity.

“Yes, I am. I’ll be back, soon.”

“Alright then.”

I walked out and loved the feeling of the morning breeze. As I walked through the alley, I noticed that I have been seeing someone on dark clothes and a dark cap, in all the places I strolled at. It made me feel frightened, but I had a second thought, that nothing negative would happen to me, in broad daylight.

Just before I could walk out of the alley, someone held me tight and my mouth was covered and my nose, covered with a drugged handkerchief. I struggled until I dozed off.
