Chapter Eighty Nine

I waited until everyone took a spoon of their food, and gauged their expressions before taking a little serving.

I didn’t chew at first since I was still scared of eating this but I had to, seeing mother and Emily eat the go or with no complaints, I thought it must be nice and okay for them to eat it.

And it was really indeed nice, it was better than the previous ones Emily had prepared before.

“This tastes amazing, babe,” I compliment her earning a blush from her.

I couldn’t help it, the food was nice and this was the first thing she prepared without getting spoilt.

“Thank you, Henry,” she answered and I smiled as her cheeks got coated with red paint.

“So Mother what brought you here so early?” I asked, serving another spoon of rice.

“We will discuss this later in your study Henry, not here.” She replied without looking at me.
