brother is trouble

Aden Bruce POV

Mel opened the door.

Audrey "Where have you been? Its too cold outside."

She entered and when she saw me for a moment she wasn't believing.

Audrey "Aden. What a pleasant surprise!"

I smiled and she sat down

Aden "Yeah. Mel invited me on dinner and I had to come. I can't say no to her you know that."

Mel wasn't saying anything and I was quite surprised at her behavior that night. After sometime she called us for dinner.

Audrey was Continuously asking me.

Audrey "How did she forgive you? And Where's Alex and his mother? Mel was looking frustrated on phone."

I didn't say anything until Mel joined us.

Aden "Yeah Mel's Boyfriend had left after I came in. He had a flight to catch. He was really sad. Mel you should have asked him to stay."

I was testing her patience and she was smiling after hearing that.

Mel "You look more sad after he left. I didn't know you like him that much I would have stopped him for you."

With that light chit chat we had dinner and I was helping her
