Logan's POV
"Come in." My father's voice resonated from inside the office, which will be mine in a couple of weeks.
I opened the door and entered. My father was sitting on his desk doing some paper work, a small smile played on his face upon seeing that it was me. I sat on the couch across his desk. It was made of very soft leather and was brown in color to match the rest of the office, several white and brown designed pillows scattered across it.
I placed myself comfortably between them before talking to my father, my glum expression getting noticed by my father.
"What's wrong son?" He asked.
"We have to do something about the New moon pack father." I stated flatly. "Other than me wanting to avenge my mate, I don't really like the way the alpha and the higher ups treat their pack members."
My father sighted deeply. "I know son, but that's none of our business. Drake is an alpha to a pack of two hundred, he has his own ways."
"Ways?! What wa
Logan's POVI stirred in my sleep as stray rays of sunlight escaped the curtains and made their way to my face. I creased my eyebrows in annoyance and started opening my eyes slowly, adjusting them to to the light, and when I successfully opened them, I was met with a pair of mesmerising blue orbs looking back at me.My heart started pounding loudly inside my chest and with no voluntary help from me, a huge grin filled my face. Eva realised that I caught her staring at me in my sleep as she quickly averted her gaze to my chest, her face and neck turning scarlet red.I chuckled at her reaction. She pulled away from between my arms that were holding her captive against my body, and sat up straight. I frowned at that and sat up myself.I was about to ask her what's wrong when she started talking softly. "I'm s-sorry. I didn't mean to stare. I was j-just-" I cut her off before she continued on with her babble.I placed both my hands on her
Evangeline's POVLogan's hand in mine sent sparks to erupt through whole body. He gently lead me outside the bedroom and into a very long hallway. The hallway had a red carpet extending from its beginning to its end. It had two golden lines along each of its sides and it felt soft under my feet.I realised that there was only one room besides Logan's on this floor. The room was at a fair distance from Logan's room, not too far and not too close. There were also flower vases, one vase standing next to each of the bedroom doors. Their tops reached a few feet above the ground."That's our baby's room." I heard Logan say from beside me. I didn't even realised that we have stopped walking. I looked at him in confusion, to which he just smiled."That room," He said pointing at the other room in the hallway. "will be the room our baby resides in when he or she comes." The thought of having a baby of my own mad
Logan's POVAs soon as the word 'rogue' reached my ears, I immediately scooped Eva in my arms and up the stairs towards our room. I tucked her under the covers."I don't want you to worry about anything okay? Take a nap and ill be there when you wake up, I promise." I said wanting to assure her that everything will be okay and that'll I'll handle the situation. The last thing I want is for her to feel afraid and start to panic. To my surprise, she calmly nodded her head. I kissed her temple and hurried out the room.As soon as my feet stepped out of the pack house, I shifted into my wolf mid-air and sprinted towards where the fight was. My wolf, Rex, with his strong, huge built took over me completely, the urge to protect Eva and the pack overcame everything else. When I reached the battle field, I was proud to see that my pack was actually winning but something confuse
Eva's POVI woke up to a cold, lonely bed. Logan wasn't next to me but I soon realised from the noise coming from the bathroom that he was still here.I sat up and started rubbing my sleepy eyes when Logan came out of the bathroom. He was fully dressed and seemed to have taken a shower. His hair was still damp. He was wearing black jeans, and a black button down shirt with its sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Being a werewolf really comes in handy. It's winter now and the weather is freezing, to only me ofcourse, and Logan still isn't wearing heavy clothes. I don't know why I still feel cold and I'm not as strong but that's maybe because I didn't fully become a Gumiho yet. When Logan's eyes met mine, a wide smile adorned his face."Good morning princess." He said sweetly. I gave him a small smile and said a sleepy 'morning'."I'll be leaving for a meeting today. It might take long. Will
Luca's POVMy father, his beta, Mark, third in command, Jake, Taylor, Wesley, the twins, and I were gathered in my father's office discussing all the details we had and forming a plan."I think it'll be better to move in on the same day Drake leaves. They won't expect us to strike so early." I told them, looking at the papers infront of me."We have to make sure to go in and leave unnoticed." My father said."How would we do that?" Wesley asked confused."Lexi." Blake and Blaine replied in unison and shrugged. Wesley looked at them in amusement but didn't comment on it. I've asked Wesley to live in o oe oeof the small cottages near the pack house, same as the rest of the pack. I didn't want Eva to see him yet and I still had my doubts about him."Yeah, we can ask her to make us some potion to help mask our scents." Jake said and I nodded in agreement. I took out my cellphone a
Logan's POV"Maybe that's what triggered her memory loss." My father said as he paced the room."Yeah, I mean, she said he was her best friend and she probably looked up to him like the older brother she didn't have." My mother said with sadness."The shock of him treating her badly and abusing her, must've effected her too much." My father continued."But why would that Drake person and her parents betray her like this?" My mother asked, anger lacing her every word. I sighted and averted my gaze to Eva. She was laying on her stomach in the floor scribbling on a piece of paper, god knows where she got it from. She looked so peaceful, so happy. She was beautiful."Why aren't you saying anything son?" My father asked, snapping me out of my thoughts."I don't know what to say." I replied solemnly. "Why would anyone just sell their daughter for
King Luther's POV"Your highness, the warriors on patrol found this on our territory's border." Alexander said, handing me a black envelope."What is it?" I asked in confusion."Well alpha, judging by the imprint on the back, I'm assuming it's a letter from our favorite king Maxwell." I narrowed my eyes at my beta's sarcasm. He was more of a brother to me that just a beta.I sighted in frustration as I checked the contents of the envelope. It was yet another threat for war unless I give him my daughter to be his luna. Why can't he just leave her alone!Anger filled my body and my wolf was fighting to take over. He wanted to go rip that guys throat out and feed him to the earthworms. How dare he think that he could just take my daughter away? She wasn't even his mate, nor did he love her. All he wanted was her power. My daughter, Sophie has the ability t
Logan's POV"All of you, quickly spray this over your bodies." I ordered as I passed out the bottle of spare that Alexis gave me. This spray will help mask our scents so that Drake's people won't know that we entered their territory or entered the pack house.Today was the time to execute our plan and bring evidence about his treatment to Eva and bring it to the king.Depending on the information that Wesley gave us, Drake was leaving to New Jersey on some business. His flight was at ten in the morning so he would be leaving the pack house at nine, since the airport was far from our territories. At eight-fifty, my father, his beta, third, my beta, my third, Wesley and the twins were ready and waiting just outside Drake's territory. We found a good hiding spot above the trees.I didn't tell Eva about what we are planning to do since I didn't want her to worry unnecessari
