“What the hell!” Chloe was the first to come back to her senses.

“Amelia, what is going on? What did Peter mean by all the things he said?”

Amelia looked at her friend and shrugged her shoulders feeling like her view of the world has been turned upside down.

“Ooh my goodness, did this man just propose marriage to you?”

“I don’t know girl, I am just as confused as you are. But who does that? Who comes to someone’s house and says I want you to marry my boss? Where is the logic in that?” Amelia asked.
