Chapter Nineteen

The next couple of days were so much fun that I always showed up late for work. Theo was practically living in my apartment and most of the time we both forgot that he owned an apartment right across from mine. Not that I was complaining, I was loving every bit of being in a relationship with him.

God, why didn't I do it sooner and kept thinking too much?

"Ms Wilson? Are you here with us?" Dr Brew waved his hand in front of my face and I came back to the present where we were discussing a medical procedure for one of our patients. The hours at work were getting longer nowadays and we were given a pager kind of thing that beeps when we had a critical situation at hand.

Life was good at work too. I was learning a lot of new things and Dr Brew and I had become such good friends after the fundraiser. He was so happy when he heard about me and Theo.
