Trapped in dungeon

The door cracked open making a loud echoing sound. The blinding bright light shimmered from inside , not allowing us to see anything inside. I closed my eyes tight, I tried taking a step forward but was pushed back instantly by the strong force coming from inside the door.

My feet stumbled upon Loren's . I was about to fall just hastily strong arms grabbed me and pulled me towards the door. The reverse force exerting through the door was throwing us back.

" I-I think the door has recognised that we are outsiders," Loren mumbled, fighting through the struggle of getting inside.

" We should then force our way inside. Let's use our strength together." I said, holding Loren's hands tightly. Taking a deep breath, storing enough air in my lungs we bashed inside jumping off in the bright light.

I could sense the light piercing through my skin, it wasn't painful though. My body absorbed the light gradually and in a second it dissolves in the darkness of the other side of the door.
