I rubbed my hands together as I stood backstage with Jackson and Zenobia as it got their turn to perform. I looked from Jackson to Zenobia and then I heaved a deep sigh heaving a deep sigh.

‘’We are so ready!’’ I said and chuckled but deep down, I had a feeling that something crazy was bound to happen I shook the thought off my mind hoping that what comes out from the competition would be great and Jackson and Zenobia would perform well and better than I could think of.

I had my faith in both of them. ‘’Remember what we had practice and make sure that you do well to wow the judges,’’ I smiled at them.

They both smiled back and started stretching. I looked back at those that had just finished performing, they were frowning and from the way, I saw them, I realized that something must have happened for them to have such expressions on their face.

‘’I can't believe they would do something like this,’’ one of the girls hissed as they walked away.
