Chapter Twelve

Bella walked towards the direction given to her for the restroom and got lost. The mansion is so big and one could easily get lost, she retraced her steps and headed towards the direction she came from, at least that's what she thought.

She stopped on her track when she heard voices

"Rollo was shot by Nikolai Klaus and the cottage was taken from him" a voice was saying and Bella slowly walked towards that direction, it was coming from a dark room at the left wing of the building.

"I do not understand why Nikolai Klaus will be interested in that cottage, something is not adding up. Did he see his face?" Bella recognized this voice to be Daniel's father but who are they talking about?" Well, she might as well just ask them for directions to go to the washroom and that's it, she shouldn't care what they're talking about

"I don't think he is after the cottage, he is after his pen drive and Rollo was stupid enough to tell him that the pen drive is with you"
