Jack's PoV
It has already been half a year since I stayed in the academy, the twins are still acting as Alice's bodyguard who now is a true alpha after his father has stepped down his role about a month ago so he is super busy.
Whilst I carry on working in the shadows and acting as a human within the academy grounds. My daily routine is the same as always even within the 2 weeks of Easter holiday. Jack's PoV It has already been another 2 months since I found out Alice is my mate. We became closer, acting like friends but not too long ago, Alice asked me out on a date which I agreed to and one thing led to another and I am currently along with the boys in Alice's pack house. Alice's PoV During the meeting, we discussed the incidence of the attack and which borders did the rouges cross and it seems this attack was pre-planned beforehand but who has the power to take control of rouges who are starved from their rationality? Alice's PoV The scent of Jack was wavering in the thick blooded air, but it must have been my imagination, the rouges has fallen one after another. A dark shadow approached me acting as my protection, killing the rouge who tried to stab from behind, I was in a daze in seeing the shadows movement, the physique looks slim and feminine but also so familiar... Getting a closer look when the shadow approached, I felt so comfortable and safe with no doubt, I was caught in it's beautiful eyes that looks so dazzling and glorious as if I am sinking in it. The words coming out of her mouth, “be careful Alice” caught me off guard and the next thing I said was “Jack?“ before he fell catching a arrow that shot right through him who was trying to protect me. Jack's Pov The darkness slowly consuming me, taking me away from my sanity and consciousness. Sinking deeper and deeper into the dark abyss. A vague light shined in front of me. As my consciousness is slowly regained, I found myself in pitch black darkness, my voice echoes within like being trapped in a tunnel with no ends. Alice's PoV Another week has passed, everything was going as normal but there was just one thing. Jack has still not awoken from her slumber. Nothing really changed, I carry on my daily schedule and any free time, I would come to see Jack but to no avail one day after another... she was still sleeping soundly as if never to be awoken. Despite Lilia comforting words that Jack would soon awaken, I am getting more desperate. The need to see those beautiful eyes, her memorising voice, her warm touch on my skin and the urge to make her my mate. But nothing of this would happen.
