Later that day ….

7:00pm ….

With long drawn face Gabriella and Jessica sat quietly in the living room as they watched Jayden pack up the small belonging he had in their house in a small duffel bag that Jessica had provided him.

All throughout today at work and on their way home but Gabriella’s mind was already made up, she could no longer deal with him and the troubles he threw her way.

Gabriella folded her hands across her chest, her gaze fixed on the empty space in front of her.

“Thank you for letting me stay here for time being,” Jayden voiced as he finally packed up his bags and headed for the door.

“Yeah,” Gabriella muttered, her face stoic and expressionless, she sat still where she was her hands still folded across her chest.

Immediately they heard the door slam shut, Jessica pushed herself forward on the chair and leaned in closer to her.
