Silence immediately filled the whole room after I said those words. I became even more nervous as I was deafened by the sudden silence.
I could feel Doña Amanda's gaze on me from where I was sitting as my own gaze was still at her cup of tea on the table positioned in front of her and as I was playing with my fingers that were also lying on the table.
That question that I just asked to her right now was already running through my mind the moment I woke up again earlier.

Chapter 8 I cried as I walked away from Del Mundo's Mansion while I carried what I think was an expensive bag whose inside were the clothes I had just brought when I left Auntie Cecille's house.
