EURA still can’t sleep. She’s wondering why her mother-in-law suddenly called her. It was unusual for her to call her. Probably it’s because she’s been missing in action for few weeks.
She believed that she deserved the rest that she have right now. And, there’s no more reason for her to endure her mother’s-in-law hurtful words against her.
She will still respect her but this time . . . she will defend herself.
She was chilling at the veranda of Damon’s villa when she suddenly received her call. She got alerted when she hear her phone continously ringing.
“Ma?” she uttered.
“Eura, how are you?”
She woke with an arm wrapped around her waist. She turned back her head to look at the person beside her. It’s none other than Damon—her Mr. Stranger.
