Aubrey stood in front of Jordan's front door. She did not want to knock or ring the doorbell. She did not want to see him, but she knew it had to be done one way or another. She took a deep breath and rang the doorbell then waited for him to open the door. After a couple of seconds, Jordan opened the door and smiled widely when he saw her. He quickly pulled her into a hug; he needed to feel her touch against his body. She wanted to push him away so badly, but she thought that anyone might spot them together and take pictures. She needed to do everything for publicity.
"I'm so glad you're here," he mumbled, still holding her in his arms. He did not want to go inside. He knew that if he did, she would keep her distance.
"Can we get inside, please?" she asked coldly. Jordan nodded and took her inside.
