I had no idea what Naomi was thinking when she stood in front of me after so many years; she must have found out about everything Andrews did to me.

"For me, it's not a pleasant sight either, Naomi. Excuse me, I have things to do," I said, not hiding the contempt in my gaze.

Her hateful look brought me a strange satisfaction. As I observed her closely, I noticed she didn't look well; she had dark circles under her eyes, and her hair was unkempt. It was as if she had been dressed up for the occasion.
