A Good Friend

Closing her eyes, Lydia felt her body relax.

No matter how revenge-stricken she seemed, there was a part of her that feared her family.

Lydia took deep breaths, calming her trembling hands. She knew it was silly, but living under their control for almost 30 years in her previous life made her body agitated whenever she disobeyed them.

Mya didn't notice her strangeness, steadily drove the vehicle into a paid Parking building. Around and around they circled till they reached the fourth floor.

Very casually, Mya took Lydia's suitcase before opening the door.
