Harsh Scrutiny

I am currently situated within the confines of my apartment. The very thought of staying in this place sends shivers down my spine. I feel trapped in the depths of hell, with no escape in sight. Every moment spent here is filled with discomfort and unease, making me long for a better place. The Blood Pearl Pack's territory was once my refuge, but now I am no longer welcome there.

I inhaled a lungful of fresh air, feeling the excellent breeze brush against my skin as I extended my arm to offer a morsel of food to the hungry stray cats. As I swung the door open, my arms full of steaming hot food, I carefully placed the dishes on the table. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Blake appeared before me, causing me to jump in surprise.

"Why have you come to this place?" I furrowed my brow and spoke with uncertainty. I remained stoic, my body rigid with an icy demeanor.

His voice was low and soothing as he spoke, "Artemis, I want you to be calm." He appeared to be yearning for peace at this very moment
