[What Are You Called?]On a Thursday morning, Amethyst smiled as warmly as she could, whilst her glistening emerald eyes continued to peep slyly and observantly at the tall figure of Liam. He, who was slouching around the well-groomed garden with all the flowers— tulips, jasmines, lilies and orchids in bloom. A book was carefully opened on his right hand while the other was strictly forbidden to intervene and placed on his back. His black saddle oxfords throbbed on the leaves that were pattering on the gravel he shuffled upon— as if he scolded them to get out of his way. His raven, lustrous hair gleamed soon as 'that' ray of sunlight showered his unbothered figure. Having his grey eyes half opened, he slowly raised his eyebrows at the statue of king Howard. "Twit!" A hiss aired out his thick, peached lips. A sudden smile appeared on Amethyst's features. So warm and sunny, she ensured to showcase her white teeth. "What are you called?" Interrogating herself, her eyes continued to i
"Welcome To The Show!" [To tréchei— what's wrong?]The door whined with sorrow just as Princess Olivia manoeuvred to shut it. She froze, staring at the brown-coloured door in front of her teary eyes whilst her naked, slim-back faced Amethyst, who was unsure of what to do. Taking a series of deep breaths, Princess Olivia turned her blooming features in the direction of Amethyst, with her gleaming eyes with sadness, and watched attentively at Amethyst's figure. In brief timing, a smile so little and insecure appeared on Princess Olivia's features. Her tiny, slender fingers instantly clasped onto the dusty pink sleeves of her blouse, as she took shy footsteps towards a confused, wide-eyed woman before her. "My heart…I have never felt like this before! She couldn't find the spot but this one did!" Silently, Princess Olivia cried in delight. Her arms were visibly shaking behind the slit sleeves of her blouse. Her breath was suddenly uneven as she shuffled towards Amethyst. "Are you ce
"Man and Beast Dwell Together In Weal And Woes"Amethyst's POV:My eyes squinted like a bag of nails hastily after I had stopped in front of "that" white coloured door. There, where a man covered with gloom dwells. A beast in human form, that is close to letting its forked tongue flick in and out— readying itself to throw its bane on my soul. I stood still with a heart skipping its beats every time I thought of knocking. My face lacked emotion soon as I began cringing at the oppressive thought of walking away. My hands shuddered greatly under the tray I was holding. I was aghast when I felt a wave of miscellaneous emotions crawling with glee in my nerves. It was actually for the first time in twelve years since I was frightened by another being's presence. "It's now or never!" I whispered under my breath as I prepared myself to knock. Promptly after I had my eyes shut, the door creaked pitifully as it was opened— urging me to open them right away. Glistened by a sudden foam of mist
[Witches don't Cry!] Amethyst's POV: My gazes unhurriedly opened to meet a black vaulted ceiling facing me with agony that subverted my right to cry. I couldn't disguise my embarrassment at this passing time. My reddened eyes darted playfully around the room and caught nothing intriguing but darkness lurking around freely. I slowly raised my head and looked around the spacious room once again. My sights met with my coat hanging lifelessly on the door of the black-coloured closet, opposite the bed I was lying in. Shifting my eyes once again, I caught neatly folded clothes kept on the nightstand on my left. I took an instant deep breath shortly after my eyes landed on a drawing of a faceless woman on the wall. "Wendell." I puffed lazily after realising that I was in Wendell's house and with that, I shuffled towards the bathroom. My eyelids were heavy— I was disadvantaged to open my eyes wide. "Use it!"Reaching the bathroom, I glared at my reflection on the red-framed mirror as t
[ As You Sow You Shall Reap!]The golden rays of the winter's sun glowed upon the beautiful palace of the Norse Kingdom. Outside was a chorus exerted by birdsongs to the ears of maids who were running up and down in the kitchen. Tree leaves were lazily pattering on the ground whilst the sun allowed more of its rays to gleam throughout the Kingdom. It was not at all late but the kingdom was not yet awoken. Up, in the midst of the Norse palace, inside a white–doored room is a pair of smoking grey eyes fixated on a whiteboard before them. Amethyst was sunk quietly on a black chair with silver legs, three minutes away from the focused artist who was trying by all means to ensure that he makes a masterpiece. Her mind was momentarily caged in an abyss of memories that somewhat delighted her. ••• [ A Memory, Eating Into Amethyst's Vision]"Don't worry yourself, I love making portraits of those who intrigue my DEMONS!" Liam grumbled
"None of the humans in this year knows about the existence of wolves. Be careful not to overshadow your fur to the world!" °°°The little drops of rain sought to patter down the kingdom. The weather was changing as days marched towards the end of June, philosophers of the NORSE Kingdom had already concluded that NERIDA is giving signs of her forgiveness. As the rain became something received day and night, the people became lost in ecstasy. "The prophecy is coming to life!" One of the men in the crowd shouted, where Amethyst was snaking through. His hands were lifted up in the air as a sign of gratitude. Out, on the linear streets of Ombersely, a fair was held and people from great distances were celebrating their victory. With vehement mirth crossing their features, each of them bought gifts and lit candles as per their tradition. "Don't slack off, NERIDA will not be pleased." A middle-aged woman in a black dress said to a toddler whose enraged eyes were covered by his blonde ban
SAUCE FOR THE GOOSE IS SAUCE FOR THE GANDER! [FRIDOLF'S ALPHA] "I THOUGHT I KNEW!" Disembodied whispers danced around the big, spacious room and welcomed ominous blackness to lurk across the whole building. Omnipresent screams and cries of creatures unknown, landed in the centre of her system — blocking the truth from her vision. "It hurts!" Amethyst cried, bending over as the itching on her back became more painful. Her emerald eyes that were blocked by the abrupt tears witnessed the gloomy, wrathful low hanging storm clouds as they began to rendezvous up, in the sky of Ombersley, through the dormer window. An icy cold breath plastered itself on her neck almost lustfully so. A sharp turn and then Liam was right in front of her with his cold, huge and veiny hands enveloped around her tiny waist. His half-opened grey eyes fixed themselves on her dewy eyes, agitation disclosing itself on his features. The now scared Amethyst barely fought the inclination to look away, as her eyes
"A darkened twilight in your eyes shall become the death of me. Through the abyss of HIS demise, I shall become yours; infinity of EMERALDS will accompany me." ••• Amidst the agony enveloping the shuddering figure of Amethyst, gashes have already decided to take over her dull mind. The coldness in the nights pierced onto her darkened heart— there and left her tranced. Loss of consciousness in a compartment surrounded by dimmed lights, that were coloured red. A room ample to one's imagination— with nothing but the smell of despair floating around freely. Her emerald eyes unhurriedly opened to glimpse a silhouette, sitting on a chair beside her. "Fear!?" She silently questioned herself, confusion swirling in her head. She held her breath while her eyes were fixed on the silhouette. The pain in her back had long repulsed her to even think of being timid. Nothing at this point inveigled her to feel anything but to "pray" for a way out. A delicate murmur sought to arise from the sh
