I ran around in a large circle ending back in the same spot I had started, finally lying down and rolling around. This felt great. My muscles pulled and stretched in ways I never knew they could, making me feel stronger. Dominic came into the clearing in human form. Again with only a pair of shorts on. He carried a bag with him as he slowly walked over to me. I rolled over again and set up. I was still so full of energy and felt like bouncing around. He smiled at me as he set the bag down in front of me. “Shifting back is easier than your first shift. Just relax and picture yourself standing in front of a mirror.” He backed up a few steps and turned around, so his back was to me.
