Olivia

“Olivia! Olivia!” Ella screamed, panicking at first and some maids rushed to her side, startled to see Olivia on the floor.

They also hit and pinched Olivia, trying not to conclude but they began to grow nervous with each passing minute. “Is… is she dead?” Ella demanded and the maids nodded, shock coursing through their bodies.

Jeremy saw the small gathering and rushed to their midst. He placed his head on Olivia’s chest and listened to her heartbeat. “She’s not dead” He muttered and Ella shook her head.

“I think she is. I’ve slapped her several times and she isn’t moving, you should try hitting her” Ella suggested and Jeremy nodded, pinching her gently at first. He hit her when he saw no reaction and surprise flashed in his eyes as he tried to understand what was happening. How could a dead person still be breathing?

“I… I’m confused”

“So am I. I don’t think she’s alive, her breathing isn’t visible except if you listen carefully… I think she’s dead” Ella announced and Jeremy sigh
