Chapter 8
AMARA IS STILL confused on what Helios said to her when she asked some things about vampires.The way he said those words is telling her that he is hurting so bad especially when she looked at his eyes.
She suddenly want to apologize without any reasons at all. She know that kind of pain because she already experienced to lose someone you love, and that's her father. Amara was still young when her father died in an accident on a construction site. It was painful that she noticed Helios' sadness.
Amara sighed before combing her hair in front of the mirror. She looked at her reflection and her face heated as she gaze on the big tshirt she's wearing. It was Helios' shirt again. She was already used wearing his shirt because her things when she went here is just limited. She's even wearing his boxer! Just enough to cover her most private part.
It's already dark outside but Helios is not yet around. She has no idea if where he is. She pouted like a kid.
