My nose blows smoke.

Michael should be the one getting antsy because I'm still not talking to him. But no, I'm the one getting ignored!

"Stay hydrated," Richie handed me a bottle of water while we were still inside the cart.

"Thanks," I murmured and took it from him.

From where I am, I can see Michael talking to someone. His forehead is creasing because of the sunlight directed at him.

His skin turned caramel because of the sunset. He stood tall with his proud chest puffed, screaming dominion with his presence.

"He could melt, you know?" I heard Richie say while sitting peacefully behind me. His eyes behind his square glasses are closed. With his arms and legs crossed, he wiggles his foot hanging midair.

"Better that way," I scoffed. "Did you see what he did to me? Ugh! That was so embarrassing. Like I was mad at him, and now he's ignoring me like I'm the one who did something wrong!"
