Chapter 17

"Hurry up Em." Amanda said for the third time that evening.

They were going to be late to the concert just because Emily couldn't decide on what to wear even though she bought three different gowns.

They were going to the annual concert which was holding this weekend and Ariana couldn't afford to miss it. She had told Leslie and Emily about Parker's odd behaviour two days ago. Even up until now, she still wondered what came over that day. It just seemed like he was in another body.

"But you just got new clothes, there are even more in your wardrobe." Amanda said

"But the colors look as if they're off." She sighed, walking into the room where Emily was having a hard time deciding on what to wear. Amanda picked up one of the gowns, handing it over to her.

"Here, wear this. It's much better. "she said, handing the dress over to her.

"You're sure?" Emily beamed.

Amanda laughed, rolling her eyes. She knew Emily could be dramatic but this was just overboard.
