*Third Person's Pov;*
The whole place was covered with darkness. Dead tress, flowers and skeletons scattered everywhere. The smell of death filled the air and in the middle of a small mountain stood the palace that's covered with darkness and black roses. The whole place was guarded by dark knights and black spirits. Inside the palace their king sits comfortably in his throne with his son on his left side.
"Your majesty, the oracle came with a news for you," one of the guards said as he entered the throne room where their king sits. The king was happy with that news. He have been searching for this oracle for such a very long time because he wanted to consult her about something very important.
"Let her in!" he ordered.
"Right away your majesty!" The guard bowed down his head before he hurriedly went out to get the oracle.
After a few seconds the dark and most mysterious oracle came holding an ancient book in her hand. The oracle's skin is full of callus, her eyes are as dark as the midnight sky and her hair is a total mess. Anyone who would see her would automatically run because of too much nervousness.
"Bauhinia the great dark oracle! It's a pleasure that you have finally thought about visiting your king!" King Velion said sarcastically.
Bauhinia's laughter echoed the whole place.
"My king." She bowed down her head to pay her respect to her king.
"Forgive me, for I've been so busy looking for this." She showed the book that she's holding to the king.
"What is that book all about?" asked the king.
The evil oracle smirked and used her power to make the book float in the air.
"The mythical book that knows something about the chosen one," the oracle explained.
"I know you have been looking for the child in the prophecy for such a very long time. I was gone to help you look for her. And here's the book that could help us know about her possible whereabouts."
The king laughed hard with what his oracle said. Finally, after a long time of searching he will be able to capture that child and kill her before the Gods and Goddesses came to her rescue.
"You did an excellent job Bauhinia!" praised the king. "Now tell me, where can I find the chosen one?"
After hearing what her king said, Bauhinia opened the first page of the book with the use of her power.
"An offspring of light shall take it's path and with her golden light, darkness will end it's wrath!" uttered the dark oracle as she recited the mythical book infront of her king.
The king was furious with what he heard while his son kept listening intently."That was stated in the prophecy you read to me before the child was born. I want to know where she is and stop doing some flashbacks!" the king shouted angrily.
A mischievous smile formed in Bauhinia's lips. She likes it everytime the king is so eager to know something especially about the child in the prophecy. It makes her think that the king is in fear, and it made her more stronger. Because whenever she felt fear in her surroundings her miasma becomes stronger and it helps a lot in adding more powers to her demon soul.
She turned another page of the book before she speaks, "Kept hidden in a golden chamber guarded with powerless mortals and living like how destiny wants her to be."
"Powerless mortals?" the king murmured.
"Yes your majesty, the chosen one is in the mortal world. How brilliant of Zeus to keep his grandchild in a place where we least expected," Bauhinia answered."Read another phrase!" the king ordered. He wants to know more about this chosen one, maybe a strategy to kill her or something that would easily distract her.
"There's no other phrase your Majesty. This is the last one," the oracle answered that made the king furious.
"Such a useless thing!" he shouted, then a dark smoke came out of his palm. It went directly to the book and destroyed it.
"Your Majesty, that was a mythical book. It's forbidden to destroy it!" the oracle protested.
"I am your king and it's way more forbidden for you to go against my decisions!" Velion said angrily.
Bauhinia did not say another word. Instead, she nervously bowed down her head and waited for the King's plan to be revealed.
"Zion!" Velion called his son.
"Yes father?" Prince Zion walked towards him. "I have a very important mission for you," Velion stated. "Go to the mortal world and look for Aphrodite's child. You must kill that child! Don't comeback here if you failed to do your mission. Did you understand?" he said with full authority.
Zion thought about what his father instructed him. He don't want to kill an innocent person, but he wants to make his father proud. All his life he wished for his father's love but unfortunately it was very hard to obtain. Velion is known for being heartless and he never treated him like his own son. He's thinking that maybe if he succeed on his mission his father will be proud of him and will no longer call him useless.
"How will I know who she is?" he asked confusedly.
Velion smirked and took out an amulet from his pocket. He gave it to his son.
"This is the amulet that was created with the blood of Rhea the mother of Zeus. It is capable of detecting her descendants. And because the chosen one is Aphrodite's child and a granddaughter to Zeus, she is one of Rhea's descendants. This amulet will sparkle if the chosen one touches it," Velion explained.
Prince Zion nodded before he keeps the amulet inside his pocket.
"I will comeback here with her blood in my sword father," he promised that made Velion happy.
"Excellent my dear son, you have to keep that promise! That child could put us all in danger. We must kill her first before she could spread her wings and attack us!"
"I will father!" Prince Zion answered with full determination.
Third Person's Pov; When morning came Prince Zion left to start his journey to find the chosen one and to fulfill his mission. He left with his most trusted servant Stefan. He created a wings with the use of his power so he could fly into the air. His wings are made of blazing blue fire and anyone who touches it will automatically melt due to the too much pressure in it. While his servant Stefan used his magic wand so he could fly as well. Stefan is the only one left from his clan. He is a black wizard from the kingdom of Ethmus in the mortal world. He and his clan were peacefully living in the forest located in the west part of Ethmus when Hera the queen of the Gods attacked them and killed everyone except him. He managed to escape using his invisibility spell and found refuge in Velion's kingdom. He promised to be lo
*Princess Ana Mae's Pov;* "I just hope we're not going to encounter your evil cousin your highness," Leana mumbled after we finished preparing ourselves for school. Today is our first day in this University and I just hope that everything will turn out well. "How I wish the Gods would listen to your plea Leana," I answered. I'm not afraid of Amira but I just don't wanna start a war early in the morning and especially that it's our first day in class. That would be terrible! "Surely they will," she said in an almost whisper tone. I wasn't able to hear her words properly because she's standing near the door of our room while I'm fixing my bed before we leave for our first class.
*Third Person's Pov;" "Your highness are you okay?" Stefan asked Prince Zion as soon as they enter their room. He noticed that the prince is in deep thoughts. "Of course I am," the prince answered in a low tone. He then took the amulet from his pocket and started to scan it. "Is there something wrong with the amulet?" Stefan asked worriedly. He really felt that there's something strange with the prince's actions. "This amulet lit up the moment our shoulders touched. Maybe none of you sees it, but I have seen it in my peripheral vision. I noticed how my pocket sparkled," Prince Zion explained. Stefan went silen
*Princess Ana Mae's Pov* Days have passed after that incident but I still can't get Zion out of my mind. His bravery and the willingness to save me is something that I really admired him for. I was lucky he was there, I could have died if he did not come to save me. But the thing that bothers me the most is how on earth a beast like that could really exist? It feels so unreal for me. But the fact that it was about to kill me gives me goosebumps. "Your highness, it's almost time for our first class," Leana reminded me. "Oh! I'm sorry Leana, I almost forgot!" My mind is occupied by Zion and that beast that I forgot about the time.
*Princess Ana Mae's Pov* After hearing what Leana said, I was left staring at the prince and princess of the other two kingdoms. I don't know how to react, I'm afraid they won't like me just like my cousin Amira who despises me so much. They both walk towards my direction with a smile on their faces. "So, the rumors are true. The crown princess of Citrine is finally studying here!" the princess spoke and I can see happiness and excitement in her crystal blue eyes. "Yes," I answered nervously. I don't know why I suddenly felt nervous, probably because it's my first time to come face to face with other royals.
Princess Amira's Pov; "Look what you've done! You have made my princess cry!" Leana yelled at me after seeing how my dear cousin reacted to what I told her. Is she really that sensitive? She ran away just because I told her that her parents will not come to save her? Oh such a weakling! "What? I just told her that she needs to stop being dependent to her parents," I said in an irritated tone. She's just over reacting! My words won't kill her princess! She glared at me before she left. She's probably going to look for her ran away princess. Such a pathetic slave! "The show is finish you may now go back to whatever the hell you are all doing!" I shouted
*Third Person's Pov* "Your highness! Thank God I finally found you!" Leana said after she finally saw Princess Ana Mae. After searching for almost an hour they are finally together. She's sitting on the bench while playing some pebbles in her hands. She just smiled when she saw her and did not even manage to utter even a single word. "Leana, did you know how dangerous a pebble is?" the princess asked and that made Leana confused. She sat next to her and tried to scan the pebbles that she's holding. "Your highness, why are you asking me that kind of question? I think it's not as dangerous as big rocks. It's just a pebble!" she answered. &n
*Princess Amira's Pov* "Your highness we should have sent someone instead. You know it's forbidden to go outside the school premises," Ashley said as soon as we arrive in the middle of the forest. We came here for a very important mission. I glared at her as a warning. She's annoying and stupid! Who cares about rules when nobody knows that we violated them! "Keep your mouth shut Ashley or I will be the one to shut it for you!" I warned. She bowed down her and did not bother to speak again. She just followed me while I was looking for the cottage of the snake hunter. "Did you have the map wi
