"Hi are you listening to me?"

Lucy suddenly asked, waving her hand at his face, immediately she noticed that he seems to be lost and bored by her speech.

She have been blabbering happily for 30 minutes, now non-stop..

Without him uttering a word..

He will occasionally sip the bottle of gin he is holding.

But nothing showed that he was listening to her..

"I'm really sorry if I bored you out with my boring speeches.."

Lucy said, meekly..

Feeling bad, for blabbering too much..

"What does he thinks of me now?

Probably a parrot.."

Lucy muttered to herself, dabbing her forehead in worry and shame.

"You don't need to apologize.

I was just thinking of what a pretty girl like you have passed through in this life.."

Lucifer lied, with a forced smile that didn't reach his eyes..

The girl asked with suprise.
