Chapter 13 : I Love You

When Val walked to her main door after getting out of her car she saw Jack waiting for her at the porch.

Val turned around and wanted to open her car door when Jack held her hand and brought her inside the house. Val struggled and scolded him to leave her but he is strong and held her tightly. His ring scratched her skin but she ignored it.

Once inside the house Val shook his hand and slapped him hard. The slap echoed in the silence. Jack touched where she slapped and looked into her eyes only to see her red eyes.

Jack wanted to hug her but Val stopped him by raising her hand in between them.

"You treated me as a fool this entire time. I thought with time you will let me go but you played with me. I am saying this once, get out of my life and never come back." said Val tried her best not to cry. She thought for once she can put her trust on someone but no she shouldn't have hoped for the good.

She knows not every person can be like her dad. This is the reason she avoided relations.
