Scarlet POV

It’s been one whole week since we left to return the stolen goods. To say I am exhausted is an understatement! Traveling with this many items is not easy, and to make sure they don’t break! I haven’t stopped moving but I have finally completed returning each item. Being discreet was a must. Leaving each “package” on the front door of either a house or business and waited to make sure it was picked up and not stolen again. There were a few times I was able to watch them open the package from the window and their happiness across their face was more than enough payment for this. I know we did the right thing. Last thing I did was drop off the Ruby. The vice president wasn’t in town so I waited till I could hand it directly to him. It lasted a full minute before we each went our separate ways, he said he would call.
