CHAPTER 13

IS IT MY FAULT?

A black Ferrari car driving at medium speed cut through the city streets. Ronald, the driver was focused on running the car. He didn't care about the conflicts and the cold war going on in the back seat.

Jessica clasped her hands. She looked down and didn't dare to look to the right, where Lexi was sitting and stared at her. Sometimes, the girl looked out the glass observing the crowded street.

"You're wrong to think of Arman as a God who will help you get away from me Jessica," Lexi began the conversation. He stared intently at Jessica. It was just sitting next to him, made him already very desiring.

“Since childhood, I considered Mr. Arman a very rich man because he worked in a large company, and now I met the owner of that company," Jessica said flatly. She glanced at him. Although for a moment, her eyes and Lexi's eyes met.

“Let's make a deal, Jessica,” Lexi offered, not once he took her eyes off Jessica's face.
