Chapter 10

My eyes widen on its fullest. Not because I was shock but I am grateful. I let out a deep sigh of relief.

"Great! So I don't need to explain anything." I make my voice sound sarcastic. Ilang araw kong pinag-isipan kung paano ko sasabihin sa kanila 'yon pero all this time alam naman pala nila 'yon. 

"Yup. Natanong ko na si Santi about doon. He confessed immediately," she answered before eating her food. By the tone of her voice, it's more likely she threatened him than asked him. 

"But what is the reason why you invited him over dinner?" tanong niya.

Bubuka pa sana ang bibig ni Auntie kaya agad ko siyang pinanlakihan ng mata. "Stop it, Auntie. I invite him para pasalamatan siya. Ginawa niya kasi 'yong output ko when I was being bedridden," paliwanag ko. Tumango lang sila pero ando'n pa rin ang nakakalokong ngiti nila.
