A strange Lotus-Arrow Mark

“What happened? Are you alright?” He looked at me from head to toe, creasing his forehead with obvious lines of wrinkles.

“That mark on your neck.” I gestured towards his neck. He touched it. His expression changed.

“Why do you have this? Is there any meaning to it? I also had one on the back of my neck.” I turned my back to him and showed him my mark of lotus and arrow.

“Do you see it? We have the same mark.” I was astonished and confused.

“No, it’s not the same. Your lotus is glowing while my arrow is. They’re not the same.”
