Her imagination all faded away the moment he gripped hold of her waist and muttered a word to her ears. "what are you thinking about baby girl?" He spoke to her, bringing her back to reality as she removed his grips from her immediately and drifted away in annoyance. Not letting him finding out her plans.

Ashina wished her imagination was true. She thought she had stabbed him not quite long ago to realize that everything was all from her imagination. What was she thinking before? Did she really think killing Zeeb would be easy? Of course not! She shouldn't start thinking of such things now. She just has to obey his command and anything he orders her to do for now and make sure that he earns her trust first before making her move by luring him to death.

"Get out of my front dummy and make sure you do what you ought to do before I come back". Ashina ended his speech with her the moment Liam, his beta mate sent him a message through "Mind_Link" telling him that his attention was needed at the meeting room and the Elders council had already gathered, waiting for him.

Ashina took a deep breath as she watched the Alpha going away. She fist her hands together and bit her lips on remembering everything he had said to her. She could only groan in frustration while making herself to the kitchen. To go prepare the food he had asked her to cook. On her way there, she met Neoh who quickly approached her and introduced himself to her. "I'm Ashina! Nice to meet you too Neon".

Noen doesn't know why he likes Ashina but he got attracted to her the moment he set his eyes on her and he hoped for them to become very good close friends. He will do anything to make that happen.

"Spare me some minutes please if you don't mind!!" Neon wanted to lecture her many things about Alpha Zeeb if she doesn't want to get on his wrong side because he realized that Ashina doesn't know the type of person he was.

"I know you hate your new job Ashina but please try to be nice to the Alpha and always obey his command! He's a dangerous person and wouldn't hesitate to kill you twice so just be careful around him". Neon proclaimed to her, hoping that she will get that in her head and try to be loyal instead of being stubborn.

Noen had been working with the Alpha for a while now and he knew the type of person he was. He knew how many female Servants, slaves, maids Alpha Zeeb had beheaded all because of the fact that they all betrayed him and chose to disobey him.

"Thanks for this though". She beamed at Him then walked away.

When Zeeb got there, everybody was seated, awaiting his arrival. Some of them were impatient and couldn't wait for him any further, one of the Elders was about to take his leave from the meeting room when he saw him approaching. He quickly adjusted himself and went back to his seat without a word.

"I'm really sorry for coming late! Ponder me everyone". Zeeb apologized, looking at Liam who had called everyone here today and for them to make their speech. While sitting down, his eyes catch a glimpse of the old woman who was kneeling down sobbing, waiting for the alpha instructions to speak before she proclaimed what made her come here today.

"What's wrong with this woman Liam?" Zeeb narrowed his face towards Liam, who had drifted his attention here and for him to talk so he could know what's happening.

"Please let her speak Alpha". Liam mumbled the words to his ears and went back to his seat. "You may stand up and lay your proclamation". Zeeb said, giving her the orders to talk before him and the Elders council.

The woman stood up gradually, her Body shaking one by one as she looked up to the Alpha with tears running down from her eyes. "Me and my husband went to our farm this morning to clear the grasses only to be caught with some broad of vampires who chopped off my husband's head and left him dead. Luckily for me, at that moment I had gone to root some cassava! So I could only watch while such incidents were happening".

The woman fell down the moment she finished explaining what happened to them. "please do something Alpha! I'm afraid that I may be next in line". She wailed out in pain.

"After hearing her report, I and some of the warriors have gone to look for her husband's corpse only to find out that the attacks all came from the (Nightstalker vampire Clan)".

Liam uttered as Zeeb flinched in shock and stood up abruptly. "So are you saying that the Nightstalker clan is the one that killed her husband?" Zeeb retreated from his speech, making sure he knew what he was saying.

"Yes Alpha!!" Two of the warriors who had come as evidence stood up on the motion of what Liam just Said.

"Ma'am please stand up and go to your house! I promise to take revenge on those that kill your husband! I will try my best to give him a proper burial so don't worry". Zeeb assured the 70s years old woman, who was old enough to be his grandmother, as she stood up and walked away.

"So what do you say we should do now Alpha? This has become quite alarming and this wasn't the first time such a complaint was coming". One of the Elder council asked, as he took a deep breath.

" I would like to hear from lord Damon and ask if he's aware of what his people are Doing before concluding in actions".

"But for now, I assure you all to do your best! Let the pack be protected and let's guide everywhere".

"Liam, and the two of you", he glared at the two warriors who were looking at each other. "you'all will follow me later to meet Lord Damon, the leader of the Nightstalker Clan, because he has lots of explanation to do.
