Listening to Erika’s description of what was going on, her parents instantly accepted it as the truth. It did sound a lot like something she would do. From clumsily trying to escape being lectured by the guidance councilor only to foolishly bumped into someone and last but not least, refusing to dress like an actual heart-throb teen in a cheerleading uniform.
Her current appearance could also attest to her story of being forced to wear an outfit she wasn’t comfortable with. As for the part of Britney angrily attempting to rip it off, she simply wanted to down-play the situation by saying the girls were demanding she either dress the way they did, or she’d be placed in detention for violating their dress code.
