Lexio sighed for a moment, starting to act casual. Indeed, trying to attack in a state that did not reveal a monstrous personality was difficult. "Scared, huh?"

Alvaro shook his head. "Just surprised."

"I'm Xio, who are you?" Lexio deliberately erased two letters from his name. "Wanna be friends?"

Alvaro was taken aback again. "I'm Alvaro." Started scratching his cheek that wasn't itchy, and couldn't believe it. Can act outside of his daily personality when at school, strangely this is in front of a person he just met and helped him. Alvaro was known as a quiet and cold person at school, actually not easily trusting people around him. As a result of being a victim of thugs, he was afraid of being approached by anyone. "Making friends?"

"Yes." Lexio answered quickly. "You're the first person I've asked to be friends."

Alvaro was confused, because a stranger suddenly asked him to be friends.

"I'm not insisting, but at least it's nice to see you again."

Their conversation was interrupted, precisely when Lexio noticed the presence of someone—a robot—Kean. Already standing not far from him, who was still close to Alvaro.

"Uh, how did you find me anyway?" Lexio was surprised, then approached before casting a glance at Alvaro.

Kean was reluctant to respond to anything, immediately stepping first. Lexio was annoyed, because he should have been the one followed as his master. So, now it was reversed.

"Oy robot!" In the end, still ignored by Kean. Lexio was getting annoyed.

Ever since his accidental rescue by Lexio, Alvaro has had a sudden desire to have a close friend. On the one hand, fear overcame him again, that he would end up being a victim of a crime—essentially an attack that put him in danger. He looked up when someone patted his head lightly, occasionally ruffling his mane.

"Still hurting?"

"Not really." Alvaro jumped up immediately.

Dean swiftly caught and carried him. "Don't forget again." Remembered telling Alvaro to go home first, because he still had something to do. So, only met briefly and told him to go home alone.

Alvaro nodded, sinking further into his brother's embrace. Gradually closed his eyes, remembering that it was still broad daylight. Making many people wander outside, it's better to take it easy. Dean glanced for a moment, at Alvaro already asleep in his arms.

He was about to lay him down on the bed, when Alvaro woke up again. "What's wrong?"

"You busy again?"

Alvaro is still lucky because Dean always makes time to meet and pick him up, in between his work. You could say, he started to be very busy when he became a junior high school student. In the past, when he was a child until elementary school. Dean was always there with him, busy working but not too much like now.

"Yes, but I'll be on leave for a while."

"Really?" Alvaro was happy to hear that.

"Yes, right now I'll only be home for a while."

Alvaro frowned, but couldn't help himself. After all, Dean had been the one working and he was still in school. Not even allowed to help. "Now you wanna go again?"

Dean shook his head. "Later in the afternoon."

Alvaro's annoyance disappeared a little, sinking back into Dean's arms. "Come on, I'm sleepy! I wanna sleep with big brother!"

"Okay."

Even though Alvaro is a teenager, he still likes to act like a child. Others don't. Because he understands, Alvaro has the greatest fear of strangers.

Lexio was back to wandering alone, deliberately escaping Kean's reach again. Now in the city center, his footsteps paused for a moment. Kala passed a familiar, but not so familiar person.

Raga realized his presence. However, he only gave him a glance.

Lexio adjusted the hood he was wearing, then took another step. Turning his head briefly, because Kean was near him again. Annoyingly, his presence was always easy to find.

"Go home."

Lexio was upset, and for now did not want to return to the main house. It might not be allowed anymore. He wanted to run away again, but Kean immediately held his back with a very strong grip on his wrist.

Then pulling him up to a black car parked on the side of the road, Lexio recognized it as the family car that Alex's men always used wherever they went to take Alex to take care of things at the company. Also, if there was another big auction.

Forced to enter, he frowned in surprise because Kean looked like he wanted to leave. "Where are you going anyway?"

Kean glanced flatly. "Don't think my job is to watch wherever you go!" After saying that, he left quickly.

Lexio clucked in annoyance. "I know!" Then laid her body down, and was silent. During the trip to the house. Not yet satisfied, Lexio still wanted to be free again. Until the strange smirk returned to his face. Apparently, he wanted to plan something that he had wanted to do for a long time.

"Damn why did I just remember? When the target is at the meeting!"

Kean sighed softly and closed his eyes for a moment, trying to act calm and normal again. Then focused again on the target, already starting to enter the meeting hall. To be precise, on the third floor.

The large room was filled with business people. No doubt the families of each businessman were seen chatting with each other, including two people Kean did not want to meet. None other than his parents-then.

Now, not anymore. They both had their own lives, completely not remembering the poor child who was left behind. So fatal, making that poor boy, plunge deeper and deeper into the dark world. Not caring about sins or anything else, the poor boy became accustomed to painful things like wounds and blood from his victims.

That poor boy was Kean.

Even though I tried to forcefully erase the memory from my mind, it kept coming back.

Kean moved quickly, and was very close to the target. He was busy chatting. As per the boss's request, to kill the target in front of all of them. Before that, there were interesting things shown from the in focus screen.

The cunning recording of the target, it turns out, has succeeded in fooling several business people who have been working with him for a long time. All business people couldn't believe what they saw, even those who had been working together for a long time—very sorry.

"Your hypocrisy ends here," chided Zavin, none other than Kean's temporary boss.

Rivan's face was very red, bearing both shame and anger. "It's just a fabrication! Listen, it's just a fabrication—"

Kean appeared in front of Rivan, then stabbed him with a penknife and hit him in the heart and through the back. His reason was to be lazy, to torture her before killing her. After all, Zavin's purpose in hiring him was to kill Rivan on the spot.

"Damn you—"

Before he could finish his sentence, Rivan first closed his eyes and collapsed. After Kean, pulled out his hand not wrapped in black gloves, grasping a penknife now covered in blood. But only a flat glance, as well as a deliberate glance at the target who was dying—slowly and completely dead. Afterward, Kean walked away.

"Kean?" called Kendra in a slightly cautious tone to make sure the young adult in front of his was really his son.

Kean stopped walking, glancing flatly at Kendra. "Yes? Do you know me?" He deliberately said so, wanting to see what Kendra's reaction would be.

Kendra froze. "Sorry."

"Sorry for what, hm?" Kean liked to put burdens on other people's minds, but in front of him now—the biological father who had abandoned the poor boy—was none other than himself.

"I-I'm sorry you—"

"You are? Father?" Kean chuckled softly, then fell silent as his black bead grew cold, turning slowly until it eroded the distance with Kendra. "Ah yes too, I wonder why I forgot that you're... dad?"
