TRISHA'S POV.

Dayna was calling me. I could see her name boldly written on my screen but somehow,I just sat there, watching the phone ring.

She had been sending me pictures of Lorena for a few days as proof that they'd had their eyes on her and that they'd make their move soon. I trusted her. She had done it before and to this day, no one ever found out who did it. She was that thorough.

So I couldn't explain the fear that paralyzed me when I saw her call. Maybe it was because this was the first time I'd actually ordered a hit on someone. The first one wasn't really my idea. I had already grown tense when I got nothing from her for a few days and now she was calling me.
