Chapter 14 ; Broken deep

Shawn returned home that afternoon with blood gushing out of his mouth. He also had a slight cut on his head from the punch he received from the men.

Joana was watching a series on the TV when the doorbell rang bell chimed

Getting to the door, she was shocked at who she saw.

“ Shawn! “ Joana panicked as she saw Shawn drenched in his pool of blood.

Shawn could not walk properly because of how much pain he was feeling in his body.

“ Who did this to you, Shawn? Where did you go?”

Joan was startled. She did not know what to do since Shawn could not even say a word to her. What would she do now?

She wiped the blood rushing from Shawn’s body with his stained clothes freaking out.

“ Shawn, you have a cut on your head. Let's get you to the hospital “
