She could hear the beating coming through the thin walls and she flinched every time she heard his fists hit its mark. She knew from experience that he wasn’t pulling any of his punches and the princess was going to hurt so much afterwards.
She didn’t wish this life on anyone and she hoped the wolf she had sent the information to would keep his word, since she didn’t want the princess to end up like her mother had been in the dungeons when she had been brought here. She knew he would have his sole focus on his reluctant bride to ‘train’ her, which just meant beating her into submission.
But suddenly the beating stopped and Nova returned to scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees like she’d been doing before he had started beating the princess. She winced when he slammed the bedroom door behind him, still in a rage.

Their team was split up into three parts so they could attempt to contain whoever tried to escape. Most would invade with their dart guns and pop off as many as they could into every enemy they spotted to even out the numbers until they ran out of ammo, before they would shift into wolves and take the rest down.Two from each team would stay outside the compound to assure that no one escaped if they could help it.
