A Love That Stopped Loving
I have not spoken to Tyler since yesterday since we brought him home from the hospital. When I wake up this morning, he is still fast asleep, so I make my way down to the kitchen, where I decide to phone Sandra.
"Morning, Sandra."
"Morning, sweety. Did you sleep well?"
"Yes, better than I have in a while."
But she knows me all too well and knows that I am hiding something behind my trembling voice.

…Tyler POV… I am sitting somewhat worried that Jenna has not returned to the table yet. She has been gone for nearly half an hour, and it just does not feel right to me. I am startled awake by someone shaking me. “Miss, miss, are you okay?” As I open my eyes I am met by the face of a stranger that is near about to splash water onto my face. With a somewhat pounding headache I managed to sit up straight. “What happened?” “I think you must have passed out. I found you here laying on the floor.” “I can’t remember that I fainted. There was a woman.” “You were alone when I found you.” After several minutes I finally find the strength to get up and make my way back to the table, but as I get there, Tyler is not there to be seen.
