Chapter 9 Dinner

“Hannah, are you done yet? We must leave in ten minutes! I'm nervous.” I say.

“Almost.”

She walks down the stairs, trying to put on hoop earrings.

“Nervous? It’s the Jones family, we have known them since we were kids. Don’t be nervous, I’m starving. I remember Jack’s mom was a great cook too!”

“Yes, I know. But that was back then Hannah, Jack and I weren’t dating back then.”
