Ricardo's Pov

I made sure to stay in the bathroom for a while longer, more than was needed, because I couldn't face Diamond right then. Not after showing her that side of myself.

After some time had passed I turned off the running water and came out of the bathroom. I found Diamond already asleep on the edge of the bed.

I carried her and positioned her well on the bed. "Goodnight, angel." I kissed her on the forehead and left the room, I headed straight to my grandpa's study, and just as expected, my Aunty Linda was with him.

She was terrified even though she tried to compose herself. I had no idea what she was talking about with my grandpa, but I knew Rocky and I were at the center of the topic.

"Ricardo?" My grandpa called, acknowledging my presence.

"I want him gone, he goes or I'll end up killing him myself," I said matter of factly. There was no way I'd let Rocky have another chance at my Diamond.
