"Sure enough, my guess was right. Just as I hadn't finished my lunch, my beloved husband had entered this room.

It seemed like he was surprised to see me still in this room. He appeared awkward as his eyes scanned the entire space.

"Wow, you got here so quickly, dear. Why didn't you stay overnight in Malang? You said it was such an emergency that you had to stay there for three days, and now suddenly you're here," I said while continuing to chew my food.

"My coworker from the same subcontractor team couldn't make it, so it's postponed to next week. And the project's progress is delayed too, honey. There's a bit of an issue with the residents around the project site." It turns out my husband is a great liar, quite skilled at providing excuses.
