Elena

I stop panicking when Ava starts to drive out of the Sport Valley. She constantly glances at me as she drives but I don’t say anything. I look out of the window to avoid her glances and questions I’m not prepared to answer, or else she will start getting worried again.

The breeze is doing a lot to calm me down. It doesn’t take up thirty minutes and she’s pulling over at my garage. I let out another sigh of relief but stop mid-air when I see Avera’s car parked.

“Thank you, Ava. See you tomorrow in school.” I give her a peck on her cheek before coming out of the car.

I walk towards the house when she takes down her window, calling out to me. “Elena, if you need anything, I’m just a call away.” she says, and my cheeks flush.
