CHAPTER 12: UNWRAPPING HIM

“Aah!” Michael groaned again long and hard as Elena moved faster. Both of their hearts beat fast as they tensed with every move that Elena made. Michael began to clench his teeth as he felt her left hand squeeze him hard, and with her other hand, she took the bullet out of him using the tool he gave.

Michael gave a long groan at the pain. Elena was able to take the bullet out, but she wasn't the best while handling it. Michael could have taken it out by himself, but the bullet must have had something in it for it to affect him too much.

“Stay still, because I have no idea what I’m doing” Elena said sternly in a forced whisper as she tried to patch her boss up with trembling fingers.

She had to give herself props for not fainting at the mere fact that she had just taken a bullet out from a man who was shot. Now, she’s patching him up while gunshots could be heard outside of the broken building that they were hiding in.
