As I drove away, I tried to steady my hands which were shivering. Seeing Reign's ex-girlfriend made me feel a little guilty, even though he had told me that I wasn't the reason why they broke up.

It was obvious she was still in love with him, but what could I do? If Reign were also in love with her, I would voluntarily walk away with a broken heart.

However, he wanted me. It was only natural for me to choose myself over Lisa. She could make good on her threat if she wished, but I would not give up Reign because of her. I too deserved to be loved by the man I loved. I deserved happiness.

I couldn't deny though that I felt a little uneasy leaving the both of them together, but it was the best I could do.
