Aspen’s Point of View

He stared at Ethan as he stormed off. Making him confused. He leaned back against the log and then stared towards the sky. Admiring the stars. Noticing Kylo walking towards him he sat up straight. Pretending not to have seen him, he fixed his eyes on the fire.

“Aspen.” Kylo’s voice made me look up instantly.

“Yes sir.” Quickly, I made my way to my feet. Standing on guard.

“Stand down.” I relaxed and found my seat again. “May I join you?”
