I debated opening the door at all but I know he heard the shower and the bathroom door open. So ignoring will only make him bother me more.

It’s cold… It’s cold and dark… I remember a day similar to this. I think it was actually the day Gray and I met. I was beaten half to death by my father after returning home from the Marines for good, then I was kicked out with only the belongings I brought back with me. I had broken bones from being stomped on and kicked and I was bleeding from my thigh and my head.It was a miserable rainy night so I walked twelve blocks with all my stuff so I could attempt to sleep under the bridge but… someone was already sleeping there and instead of trying to help me or being sympathetic… They robbed me of one of my duffle bags. So I gave them both and walked out from under the bridge and hobbled to the point with the longest drop. I stood there replaying the shitty month I had because those were going to be the moments that push my decision.

I pulled into the wide-open gate that normally is closed, parked, and ran up the stairs and straight through the wide-open door to see Julian collapsed on the kitchen floor. I bent down and checked for a pulse. He was still breathing so that means that he was only out cold. I laid him down in a way that he could get air in and out better. Then I pulled out my phone and told Ludo to check for bleeding while I called the police and ran to check the surveillance recordings but when I got in the room I froze… Where are all my keyboards and mice? I rolled my eyes and moved to press the buttons on the system itself and noticed all of the buttons and knobs were gone. I paced around angry and confused while filling the police in on the details they needed to arrive and begin investigating.

I stormed into the car and unintentionally ground my teeth in annoyance as I waited for Julian to join me in the car. Due to his concussion, I can't drive too fast, or else any hard stops I do might hurt him or at the very least make his head spin. I wanted to find her… I wanted to speed to the shopping district, find them, and take them off the face of the earth. But I need to think. Breathe. Then proceed… A dumb approach is most likely going to end very badly. “Sir, we will find her.” It sounded like he was assuring me but it only irritated me. Why her? Why now? Why here? What are they doing to her right now? And… is… is she alive? “I know…” My voice was rougher than intended.

Zeke pulled us into the not so abandoned factory and parked the car in the cage. I got out and started to set up the room and the chains where the princess will be locked up for a while. The glass box was now set up and ready for her. I smiled deviously, I couldn't help but feel eager to be balls deep in her. I walked back over to the cage to try and locate where Zeke slithered off to. Since I didn't find him near or in the cage I knew he was still measuring the aphrodisiac. So I walked into the back room where he normally kept his needles and gloves and all the other sciency shit he owns.
