Chapter Seventeen: Mission Failed

This Saturday night, when I woke up I noticed that they weren’t there. Only Magnus and I were left here at home. I talked to Jude earlier and maybe he went with his brothers. I also don’t know where is Flynn. I’m not sure if he was just sleeping in his room or he's out of town.

I just went out of the house and the clouds were dark and as I expected it suddenly rain. I went back inside and went upstairs. "Are you coming home?" I heard Magnus' voice in his room. I stopped in front of her door and listened to their conversation.

''All right, I'll wait for you to come later, I'll just do something first, '' Magnus said. I immediately walked into my room, I noticed Magnus come out of his room so it's good he didn't see me. I leaned against my door as I thought about my escape plan tonight.
