My birthday was in a few days to come. I was really looking forward to it. It has been four years since I celebrated my last birthday. I never thought too much about it since I was still rebuilding my life so I didn't see it as a big deal when I didn't celebrate it but memories of how I always did it kept ringing in my mind.
