“I am aware of that and that was the main reason why I had come to meet you, thinking you would be happy about it,” she said after wiping off the look of fake surprise on her face.

“Aren’t you being too pushy?” I asked her, making her scoff at my words.

“Darren? Are you now feeling regrets about her leaving? You now see me as the bad guy here?” She asked, her eyes welled up in tears.

“This has to end now Vivian” I warned, she was being too overbearing and all I wanted was space. I knew I was treating her badly and unfairly, but then I couldn’t even understand myself talk move of make her understand me too.

If anyone were to ask me what would have happened after Miranda leaves me just like I had always wanted, my answer would have been to marry Vivian without hesitating.
